We’ve never done anything like this before so there are bound to be expenses we didn’t plan on… like eating! Or that umbrella drink on the beach. Or the funky coconut elephants from the sketchy kid on the beach. Whatever it is, we’re gonna need some pocket money!

Pitch in to Jeanne’s Spa account for hot stone massages, facials, manicures and whatever else she wants! Every little bit helps and she deserves it!

Throw in a few bucks to Chris’ casino account so he can pretend to wheel and deal with the big fishes. Maybe he’ll even win your money back! (no promises though!)

Send us on a wonderfully enlightening tour through the capital of the Turks & Caicos Islands.

On this excursion we’ll:

* Enjoy a narrated drive through the capital of the Turks & Caicos Islands and get a closer look at the historic 18th and 19th century architecture on your walking tour.
* Board an air conditioned bus for a short drive to historic Duke Street in Cockburn Town.
* Ride along the tree-lined streets and listen as our guide informs us about the history of these homes, including the 200-year-old Freeman House and the famous Turks Head Inn.
* Continue our tour with a walk along Front Street where wel?l see the Victoria Library and visit the Anglican Church, built in 1899.
* Enjoy a guided tour of the Turks & Caicos National Museum which features an exhibit of the Molasses Reef Wreck, the oldest European shipwreck discovered in the Western Hemisphere.
* Enjoy some free time for shopping or walking along the waterfront before our return to the ship.

We’ll relax and soak up the warm Caribbean sun at the world famous Atlantis Resort - lunch included!

On this excursion we will:

* Begin with a 20-minute transfer by bus to the world famous Atlantis Resort where we will disembark and walk a short distance to the Atlantis Resort.
* Enjoy a reserved area on the beach where we will be provided a chair and towel to bask in the sun, sand and surf; the resort’s 141-acre waterscape comprises 20 million gallons of fresh and seawater, along with exhibits and lagoons containing over 250 species of fascinating sea creatures.
* See a maze of archaeological ruins and excavations called ‘The Dig’ and enjoy lunch at either the Dive In, Shark Bites Express, Break Water Grill or River Bend Cart snack bars.
* Explore the resort, enjoy gaming in the Caribbean’s largest casino or embark on a shopping expedition and stroll through over 20 colorful shops in the Marina Village.

On this excursion we will:

* Climb aboard our customized dune buggy (2 guests per buggy). These buggies are used especially for traveling on the vast sand dunes of the ICA deserts of Peru.
* Head down the narrow tracks that skirt the beach and rock coastline around the island to the south-east side. Take a trek to the bluff were we can capture the beautiful view of Gibb’s Cay and a few other little uninhabited islands that are visible in the Atlantic Ocean.
* Get back into our buggy and drive to the John Glenn’s Capsule located at the entrance to the international airport. Pass the many Salina’s that were used to obtain Salt in its natural form during the Salt Industry on your way to the charming little city of Cockburn Town, which is the Administrative and Political Capital of the Turks & Caicos Islands.
* After catching a quick look of the Capital we will make our way to North Wells, where if we’re lucky we may catch a glimpse of the famous endangered “Pink Flamingo’s” that can be seen foraging through the silted bottom of the Salina ponds in search of brine shrimp and other crustaceans indigenous to the natural wild life, not to mention passing the occasional indigenous wild horse who roams free on the island.
* Enter North Wells by way of a narrow sand track where many a tour bus dare not venture on our way around the island, pass the North Creek a ships haven during a hurricane, to the Northern most tip of the Island.
* Enjoy the view from the cliffs high above the Atlantic Ocean, take a short nature walk to the tip of the Island and maybe catch a glimpse of the humpback whales that migrate between February and March.
* We will then get back in your buggies and journey along the east coast back to the cruise ship pier.
